The last thing I completed in 2011 and the last assignment for last semester’s Storytelling class. The brief for this assignment was: a tale of suspense.
I struggled mightily with this story – suspense is difficult – and I’m still not sure if you’d really classify it as a suspense story.
I have 4 versions of this story and this is the 1st draft of the 4th version. It’s told in a multi-perspective, oral account style, something I took from one of my favourite books – Chuck Palahniuk’s ‘Rant’.
The title came from my brother who randomly came up with it whilst attempting to recall the title of a movie he had seen recently.
