Back in 2012 I had a short lived desire to write a weekly blog concentrating on the medium (art form if you will) of television and how I believed we were living in what I referred to as ‘The Golden Age of Television’. I didn’t get very far with it – I only wrote 3 pieces, the 3rd of which became my now annual Top 10 Television Shows Ever list – but I retain the belief that we are in the middle of the Golden Age.
